What do you
like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy?
I love the challenges and professional satisfaction of owning
my own business and knowing that I am making a difference in the
lives of so many people. Currently, as a father of four active
sons and the son of parents who both have had knee replacements,
I am especially interested in both ends of the age spectrum and
the special considerations that must be given to all patients
based on their own personal needs and goals.

What do you
like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy?
I am enjoying taking a more administrative role in this practice
at this time. In the future I look forward to developing an outpatient
program to address both the physical and technology needs of children
with disabilities.

like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy?
As a total knee replacement therapy patient myself, Physical therapy
has been a large portion of my life over the years. The opportunity
to share my knowledge of Physical Therapy and it's benefits of
giving patients their lives back and helping them feel great again
is a wonderful sense of accomplishment.

Education: Courtney is currently working toward her degree in Criminal Justice.
Hobbies: Courtney enjoys spending time with her family. She also likes to spend time outdoors even if it is just sitting and relaxing. Courtney’s daughter also likes to be outside and Courtney spends a lot of time just watching over her.

like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy? Courtney loves working with people! She is very good at making patients feel comfortable and is able to put a smile on people’s faces, whether it is a coworker or a patient.

Cuttina's Special Credentials: Cuttina enrolled at Strayer University at the age of 16. She went on to pursue her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management at Kaplan University.

Hobbies: Cuttina enjoys trying new flavors of Häagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Creams. She also likes to spend time with loved ones and to watch Disney movies so many times that she can recite them from memory.
What do you
like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy? Cuttina likes providing customer care with genuine concern for the person’s wellbeing. She is happy to be able to care for those in need of service or to give someone a helping hand.

Holly Arvid Wilkins

Holly's Special Credentials: Holly has over 25 years experience as a Physical Therapist and as an Athletic Trainer in a variety of work settings: clinical, hospital, university, home care and the military. Holly is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She enjoys working with a broad range of patients, but her special area of interest is lower extremity problems (foot/ankle, hip and knee). She also enjoys problem solving the unique aspects involved in rehabilitating athletes in sports demanding both strength and great flexibility such as gymnastics, figure skating, dance and competitive cheerleading.
Education: Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University.
Hobbies: Holly enjoys spending her spare time with her two daughters and their dog. She also enjoys swimming, biking, and cooking with her family.
What do you
like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy? Holly likes that Mid-County Physical Therapy promotes a positive atmosphere where patients get individual attention to help them maximize benefit during rehab. She also likes that staff communication is great and that the staff view themselves as a team dedicated to getting their patients feeling better and back doing the activities they enjoy as soon as possible.

Kirsten's Special Credentials: Kirsten was the recipient of the Dr. Frank C. MCue Sports Medicine Scholarship. She also attended an International Service Trip to Costa Rica to provide services and learn more about Physical Therapy. She is CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified.
Education: Kirsten is attending James Madison University with a major in Health Sciences and a minor in Human Sciences. She will be graduating in 2011.
Hobbies: Kirsten enjoys playing volleyball, doing gymnastics, and going to the beach. She also likes to watch baseball and football as well as spend time with family and friends.
What do you
like most about working at Mid-County Physical Therapy? Kirsten enjoys being able to help patients return to what they love doing by being creative and unique with each patient to fit their needs.
